Manage your deposit limit
To help you stay in control of your gambling spend, a default deposit limit of EUR 200 per week applies to your account, in line with Belgian legal requirements. This limit applies per website.
You can choose to set a lower personal deposit limit in the Responsible Gaming area of My Account or by contacting Customer Service. Requests to lower your deposit limit take effect immediately.
If you wish to request an increase above the default EUR 200 weekly limit, you may do so through the relevant account settings or by contacting Customer Service. Such a request is not applied immediately. It is subject to the applicable Belgian process and a 72-hour waiting period / cooling-off period will be applied if your request is authorised by the Belgian regulator.

Need a break from gambling?
Sometimes taking a break is the right choice. If you feel you need time away from gambling, you can choose to self-exclude for fixed periods ranging from 24h to 3 months.
During your selected self-exclusion period, you will not be able to use our gambling services. You may still log in to your account only to withdraw any remaining balance, where applicable.
If you are considering a broader exclusion, you may also request a voluntary access ban directly from the Belgian Gaming Commission through the Excluded Persons Information System (EPIS). An EPIS exclusion blocks access to Belgian casinos, gaming arcades, betting shops and licensed online gambling offerings.
